JK Welding now operates two fiber laser cutting machines in our shop. This upgrade increases cutting speed, boosts capacity, and shortens lead times for customers across the Greater Houston area. It also expands what we handle in one setup. We now cut up to 20 feet by 8 feet, which supports large panels, long components, and high-volume part runs without breaking jobs into smaller sections.
Our newest addition is the BesCutter Gorilla enclosed fiber laser in a 12,000W configuration. This machine is built for heavy-duty production work where speed and precision matter. The enclosed design keeps the cutting environment clean and controlled while improving safety for the operator. The result is faster throughput with consistent accuracy across thick materials and large sheets.
